Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made on demand, we handle returns a little differently than big box stores. Please read below before placing an order.

Print-on-Demand Products

All items sold by Happily Divorced are produced through a print-on-demand partner after your order is placed. This means each item is made specifically for you.

For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color choice

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check sizing and product details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with our production partner to make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed after the issue is confirmed

Because items are made to order, refunds are only issued for approved defects or errors.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges due to the print-on-demand process.
If there is a production error or defect, we will replace the item.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after being placed and cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
